1.Firefox

Mozilla Firefox is a free and open-source web browser developed for Windows, OS X, and Linux, with a mobile version for Android, by the Mozilla Foundation and its subsidiary, the Mozilla Corporation. Firefox uses the Gecko layout engine to render web pages, which implements current and anticipated web standards.

2.Google Chrome

Google Chrome is a freeware web browser developed by Google. It used the WebKit layout engine until version 27 and, with the exception of its iOS releases, from version 28 and beyond uses the WebKit fork Blink. It was first released as a beta version for Microsoft Windows on 2 September, 2008, and as a stable public release on 11 December, 2008.

3.Chromium

Chromium is the open-source web browser project from which Google Chrome draws its source code. The browsers share the majority of code and features, though there are some minor differences in features and they have different licensing.

4.QupZilla

QupZilla makes use of WebKit to support modern web standards. Additional effort was put into seamless integration of the browser with the native look and feel of users' desktops. Some additional features of the browser include the integration of history, web feeds and bookmarks in a single location, the ability to take a screenshot of the entire page, and Opera-like "Speed dial" home page. It is reported to consume fewer system resources than the major general purpose browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

5.Midori

Midori is a lightweight and fast web browser. It uses the WebKit rendering engine and the GTK+ 2 or GTK+ 3 interface. Midori is part of the Xfce desktop environment's Goodies component. It is the default browser in elementary OS, the SliTaz Linux distribution and the Bodhi Linux distribution as well as Trisquel Mini, SystemRescueCD, and Raspbian. It was also used by wattOS in its R5 release.

6.Opera

Opera is a web browser developed by Opera Software. Opera runs on Microsoft Windows and OS X operating systems and uses the Blink layout engine. Users of Linux and FreeBSD operating systems must install earlier versions which have the Presto layout engine. Opera editions are available for devices running the Android, iOS, Symbian, Maemo, Bada, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile operating systems, and Java ME.
